Director of Sales, North America (Position 1701)

eTribez seeks a Director of Sales, North America, to join its sales team, and work closely with some of the biggest brands in the entertainment industry. eTribez works with tier one clients such as: Fox, NBC, FremantleMedia, EndemolShine Group, ITV, TV Globo, RTL, Canal + and many others in 15 countries worldwide.

eTribez is the world’s leader in Casting and Production Management platforms for production companies, film studios and TV networks. eTribez offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

  • Hands-on sales with enterprise level clients in the U.S. and Canada
  • Demo eTribez system to potential clients

Junior Product Manager (Position 1702)

We are looking for a great Junior Product Manager to join our Product team, and work closely with some of the biggest brands in the entertainment industry in the US, UK, France, and Germany.

The position combines researching TV productions workflows and needs, with technical specifications guiding product implementation.
The position is fast-paced and diverse, and requires creativity, resourcefulness and attention to details.

  • Analyzing requests and needs, conducting research and offering solutions
  • Prioritizing solutions according to needs and the company’s strategy
  • Specifying solutions using product requirement documents, prototypes and user stories
  • Validating solutions based on prototypes and wireframes
  • Guiding the design studios on the product’s visual design
  • Guiding the company’s R&D teams through the development and testing phases of the product
  • Training client management team on new products, and participating in on roll-outs to clients
  • BA or BSc. in a technological field (Computer Science, Information Management, or Industrial Engineering) – An advantage
  • Significant experience writing product requirements, User Personas, or User Scenarios in a product development lifecycle setting
  • Experience with rapid prototyping tools (Axure, InVision etc.) – An advantage
  • Significant experience rationalizing and prioritizing technical investments
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work through ambiguity

Web Developer (Position 1703)

We are looking for a Developer to join our R&D team. The position combines product feature development and programming assistance with specific campaign implementations and assistance with office IT activities.
The position involves diving into a large-scale enterprise product, and providing second-tier assistance to the different teams.

  • Developing core features of a large-scale SaaS enterprise product
  • Providing technical assistance to the Account Management team with complex implementations of specific campaigns, and developing internal tools
  • Assisting with production-related activities: troubleshooting, monitoring during high-traffic activities, etc.
  • Acting as the main focal point in all technical issues and providing assistance to the different company teams – both local and overseas
  • Assisting with ongoing IT activities: purchases of hardware and software, management of online services (email, Google Apps, etc.), installations and general technical assistance
  • At least 3 years of hands-on web development (Backend, JavaScript and SQL)
  • Experience with the following: TypeScript, PHP, MySQL, Linux, and AWS – An Advantage
  • Troubleshooting and debugging skills

Junior Account Manager (Position 1704)

eTribez seeks a Junior Account Manager to join the Professional Services team, and work closely with some of the biggest brands in the entertainment industry in the US, UK, France, and Germany.

The position combines international client relationships with a technical orientation. This is for those of you who enjoy working with people and like getting hands on with technical material. The position is fast-paced and diverse, and requires resourcefulness, independence and responsibility.

  • Take end-to-end responsibility over client relationships.
  • Collect client requirements and understand their workflow.
  • Set up and fully configure new clients’ accounts and activities using our internal tools (including editing XMLs and HTMLs).
  • Provide technical support and services throughout clients’ activity life cycle.
  • Develop and give training sessions.
  • Past experience (1-2 years) in either technical support or technical client services roles. Specific experience with TV productions or TV broadcasters is an advantage.
  • Customer facing skills and strong service commitment.
  • BA or BSc. in a technology field (Computer Science, Information Management, or similar) – an advantage.
  • English as mother tongue or at mother tongue level.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize between tasks and projects.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, XML, CSS, or JS – an advantage.
  • Additional languages (Spanish, French, German) – an advantage.
