SDR Manager, London (Position 1805)

eTribez seeks a Sales Development Representative to join its sales team, and work closely with some of the biggest brands in the entertainment industry in the US, UK, France, Spain, Brazil, and Germany. eTribez is working with tier one clients such as Endemol-Shine Group, ITV, Fox, NBC, TV Globo, RTL, and many more worldwide.
eTribez offers an opportunity to work in a young and dynamic environment, for a global Israeli company both in-house and also with entertainment clients in the digital world.

This role has an extremely high potential for growth, both within the company and from a commission standpoint, making it the perfect stepping stone from a traditional entry-level to a senior sales representative.

  • Manage the company’s lead generation effort worldwide
  • Grow our customer list through phone and email outreach, with the goal of setting meetings for our sales team
  • Research prospects and their companies to empower the sales team before scheduled meetings
  • Assist Sales and Marketing projects that help drive revenue growth
  • Establish and incorporate best practices using the latest tools to drive efficiency and scalability throughout our sales and execution process
  • Perform outbound email campaigns for potential clients
  • Initiate and manage sales activities towards allocated accounts and territories
  • Communicate new product developments to prospective clients
  • At least two years of experience in SaaS enterprise-level B2B sales
  • Full working proficiency in English – Must (Other languages – an advantage)
  • Capability to work independently
  • Good analytical skills, with the ability to research and analyz business opportunities
  • Strong communication skills: written, oral, email as well as presentation
  • Skilled in working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks

Junior Technical Account Manager, London (Position 1708)

eTribez is looking to grow the UK Account Management team by adding a Junior Technical Account Manager. You will work closely with some of the biggest entertainment brands in the UK and across Europe. The position combines end-to-end client relationship management with project management, technical product configuration and support.
You’ll enjoy working with people, be extremely organised and have excellent written and communication skills. At least a basic knowledge of XML, HTML and CSS is preferable, but above all, you must be highly motivated to learn and grow in a technical role.
The position is fast-paced and diverse, requires resourcefulness, independence and responsibility.

  • End-to-end responsibility for client accounts, foster strong relationships to promote account growth, client satisfaction and retention
  • Gather client requirements including understanding internal workflows
  • Use internal tools to configure software products to meet client requirements including editing XML, HTML and CSS
  • Develop and carry out training sessions both remotely and on-site
  • Provide product level support throughout the project lifecycle
  • BA/BS degree in a related filed or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 2 years previous experience in a technical Account Management role
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong service orientation, as well as customer facing skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask, prioritise tasks and projects
  • A basic understanding of the client-server model, HTML, XML (CSS an advantage)
  • Availability to support customers outside of formal office hours if needed
  • Legal eligibility to work in the UK
  • Available for international travel as required
  • Optional: Basic knowledge of Data Protection, GDPR regulation and database concepts
