Junior Technical Account Manager – London Office

eTribez is growing the UK Account Management team by adding a Junior Technical Account Manager.  You will work closely with some of the biggest entertainment brands in the UK and across Europe.  The position combines end-to-end client relationship management with project management, technical product configuration, and customer support.

 

You’ll enjoy working with people, be extremely organized and have excellent written and communication skills.  At least a basic knowledge of technical concepts such as XML and HTML is required, and CSS is preferable.  Above all, you must be highly motivated to learn and grow in a technical role.

 

The position is fast-paced and diverse, requires resourcefulness, independence, and responsibility.

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end responsibility for client accounts, foster strong relationships to promote account growth, client satisfaction, and retention
  • Gather client requirements including understanding client workflows
  • Use internal tools to configure software products to meet client requirements including editing XML, HTML, and CSS
  • Develop and carry out training sessions both remotely and on-site
  • Provide client support throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • 1 to 2 years of previous experience in a client-facing Account Management
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong service orientation, as well as customer-facing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize project and tasks
  • An understanding of the client-server model, HTML and XML (CSS an advantage)
  • Availability to support customers outside of formal office hours as needed
  • Legal eligibility to work in the UK
  • Available for international travel as required
     

Optional: knowledge of GDPR and database concepts.

Advantage: speak more than one language
