Product Manager, Tel Aviv Office (Position 1803)

eTribez seeks a great Product Manager to join our Product team, and work closely with some of the biggest brands in the entertainment industry in the US, UK, France, Germany, and other countries.
The position combines researching TV productions workflows and needs, with technical specifications guiding product implementation.
The position is fast-paced and diverse, and requires creativity, resourcefulness and attention to details.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing requests and needs, conducting research, developing concepts and offering solutions
  • Specifying product requirements and prioritizing them
  • Preparing wireframes and prototypes, and guiding designers to create a visual design for the product
  • Validating solutions with clients and internal stake holders
  • Preparing and performing training sessions on new products, and participating in roll-outs to clients
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in Product Management/UX or UI Design with a proven ability to specify and deliver quality products – Must
  • BA or BSc. in a technological field (Computer Science, Information Management, or Industrial Engineering) – An advantage
  • Significant experience writing product requirements, User Personas, or User Scenarios in a product development lifecycle setting
  • Experience with rapid prototyping tools (Axure, InVision etc.) – An advantage
  • Significant experience rationalizing and prioritizing technical investments
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Self-starter personality with the ability to work through ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal + written English communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks and projects
  • Creativity, order and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of web development technologies
  • Specific experience with TV-related products or industries – an advantage

Customer Success / Technical Account Manager, Los Angeles Office (Position 1707)

eTribez seeks a Customer Success/Technical Account Manager to join the Professional Services team, and work closely with some of the biggest brands in the entertainment industry in the US, UK, France, and Germany.
The position combines end-to-end international client relationships maintenance, which requires a technical orientation. We are looking for those of you who enjoy working with people and like getting hands on with technical material. The position is fast-paced and diverse, and requires resourcefulness, independence and responsibility.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect client requirements and understand their workflow
  • Set up and fully configure new clients’ accounts and activities using internal tools (including editing XMLs and HTMLs)
  • Provide technical support and services throughout clients’ activity life cycle
  • End-to-end responsibility over client accounts
  • Foster relationships to ensure account growth, client satisfaction, and retention
  • Develop and carry out training sessions (remotely and on-site)
Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in a related filed or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in Client-Facing/ technical engineering or Account Management roles – a must
  • Excellent time management and strong organization skills. Ability to maintain poise under stress, especially when resolving client time-sensitive issues
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Spanish – an advantage
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building. Maintain active customer conversation through regular and consistence engagement, demonstrating your knowledge of the industry and programmatic expertise
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a Start-Up in environment able to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in a technical environment
