Sales Manager, US Office (Position 1905)

eTribez is growing the global sales team by adding a US Sales Manager position. You will be responsible for growing the business across new and existing clients in the US television and film industries, selling to high-level decision makers at large production companies and studios.

You will be a confident, self-motivated and goal-orientated individual ideally with a track record of selling to media/creative companies at a high level. The ideal candidate will be experienced at presenting technology / software solutions and be skilled at explaining the benefits of technology systems to clients. You will be comfortable presenting in formal and informal settings and be able to build your network in the industry through events, outreach and your own initiative.

You should be experienced in commercial matters, able to structure commercial deals and evaluate, negotiate and deliver commercial proposals. You should be driven to close agreements to meet your commission targets. You should be able to manage multiple work-streams at the same time, and be comfortable with short-, medium- and long-term sales-cycles.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for building business with new and existing clients across the US in the television and film industries
  • Working with the VP Client Relations, N.A. in supporting the commercial activities with large production/studio groups based in the Americas
Requirements:
  • 3 years+ experience of sales or business development
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proficient in presenting and demonstrating to senior clients – in person and online
  • Proficient in commercial skills – proposal creation, pricing & negotiation
  • Experience of working in (or alongside) the UK media, television or film industries
  • Understanding of digital / online platforms
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask, prioritise and close deals
  • Legal eligibility to work in the US
  • Available for international travel as required

Director of Sales, UK Office (Position 1904)

Account Manager, Los Angeles (Position 1901)

eTribez is looking to grow the LA Account Management team by adding a Technical Account Manager. You will work closely with some of the biggest entertainment brands in the US. The position combines end-to-end client relationship management with project management, technical product configuration and support.
You’ll enjoy working with people, be extremely organized and have excellent written and communication skills. At least a basic knowledge of XML, HTML and CSS is needed, but above all, you must be highly motivated to learn and grow in a technical role. The position is fast-paced and diverse, requires resourcefulness, independence and responsibility.

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end responsibility over client accounts
  • Gather client requirements including understanding internal workflows
  • Setting up and fully configuring new clients’ accounts and activities using internal tools (including editing XMLs and HTMLs)
  • Providing technical support and services throughout clients’ activity life cycle
  • Developing and carrying out training sessions (remotely and on-site)
Requirements:
  • Previous experience (3-4 years) in technical client services roles
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong service orientation, as well as customer facing skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and projects
  • A good working knowledge of the client-server model, and XML, HTML, CSS and SQL
  • Availability to support customers after official office hours if needed
  • Available for international travel as required
  • Proficiency in Spanish – an advantage
