Technical Account Manager – London (Position 2008)

eTribez is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join the London Account Management team. You will work closely with the biggest entertainment brands in the UK and across Europe. The position combines end-to-end client relationship management with project management, technical product configuration and customer support. Please note, this is not a sales position.

You’ll enjoy working with people, be extremely organised and have excellent written and communication skills. You must be highly motivated, able to work independently, be a good problem solver and passionate about technology. Overall you’ll want to learn and grow in a technical role.

At least a basic knowledge of technologies such as XML and HTML is required (and CSS is preferable). The position is fast-paced, diverse and requires resourcefulness, independence and responsibility.
  • End-to-end responsibility for client accounts, maintain and grow strong client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction and retention
  • Configure eTribez software solutions based on client requirements (includes editing XML, HTML and CSS)
  • Develop and carry out training sessions both remotely and on-site
  • Provide client support throughout the project lifecycle
  • 1 to 2 years of previous experience in a client-facing Account Management (not sales) or Project Management role
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Strong service orientation, as well as customer-facing skills
  • Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise
  • An understanding of the client-server model, HTML and XML (CSS an advantage)
  • Availability to support customers outside of formal office hours as needed
  • Ability to work remotely as required
  • Legal eligibility to work in the UK
  • Optional: knowledge of GDPR, database concepts, speak more than one language
