Senior Product Manager, Tel Aviv Office (Position PM-2103)

eTribez seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Product team, and work closely with top-tier brands in the entertainment industry in the US, UK, France, Germany, and other countries.

The position combines researching TV & Film productions workflows and needs, with technical specifications guiding product implementation.

The position is fast-paced and diverse, and requires creativity, resourcefulness and attention to details.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing requests and needs, conducting research, analyzing competition and developing concepts
  • Specifying detailed technical product requirements and prioritizing them
  • Preparing wireframes and prototypes, and guiding UI designers
  • Conducting research with clients and internal stakeholders and validating solutions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Product Management with a proven ability to specify and deliver quality products – Must
  • Excellent verbal + written English communication skills (Mother tongue level – Advantage)
  • Significant experience writing technical product requirements in a product development lifecycle setting
  • Proven experience with outbound product manager roles
  • Experience with enterprise-level products in ERP fields
  • BA or BSc. in a technological field (Computer Science, Information Management, or Industrial Engineering)
  • Creativity, order and attention to details
  • Experience with rapid prototyping tools (Axure, InVision etc.)

User Experience Designer (Position PM-2102)

eTribez is the entertainment industry’s leading digital solutions provider. eTribez seeks a full-time User Experience Designer to join our Product team, and work closely with top-tier brands in the entertainment industry in the US, UK, France, Germany, and other countries.

The position involves all user experience design processes, from researching user flows, to defining user experience guidelins, and implementing a detailed UI design for the company’s products.

You will function as a single designer in the company, so you will be expected to lead the way and work independently. You will need to see the big picture but also the fine details.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement UX/UI concepts and designs for B2B software solutions
  • Research and apply UX/UI  methodologies and provide guidelines to the product and development teams
  • Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and clients to understand needs, challenges, and requirements
  • Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Provide detailed graphic design materials for web and mobile software solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools
Requirements:
  • A strong & creative online portfolio with significant product experience – Must

  • In-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques
  • Expert skills in graphic design platforms: Sketch / Photoshop

eTribez is seeking a Technical Account Manager to join the London implementations team. The position is a client facing role that combines project management with technical product configuration and implementation. Please note, this is not a sales position.


You’ll have strong project management experience including agile methodologies and some level of technical background (flexibility on exactly what, developer, product etc.). You’ll be extremely organised and have excellent written and communication skills. You must be highly motivated and able to work independently as the role includes remote working. Overall, you should be experienced and comfortable in a role that combines project management with technical implementation of a growing software product. The position is fast-paced, diverse and requires resourcefulness, independence and responsibility.

Experience in finance, financial integrations (SAP, Netsuite etc.), HR processes, or previous experience in a production management role, is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • Ultimate responsibility for the management and support of eTribez software implementations within large enterprises.
  • Maintain and grow strong client relationships with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Identify client requirements, configure software, and communicate gaps.
  • Create and maintain documentation and training materials.
  • Lead client demo and training sessions.
  • Opportunity to shape and define departmental procedures.
